HOW TO ENTER:
- ONLINE: Beginning March 10, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") through March 23, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET, go to www.mcdonaldsofneo.com and follow the on-screen instructions to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.
- BY MAIL: Complete an official entry form available at participating Cleveland area McDonald's locations or hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening telephone numbers and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card, and mail in a stamped envelope to: McDonald’s Celebreality Sweepstakes, 1406 W. 6th Street, Suite 400, Cleveland, OH 44113. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 25, 2008 and received by March 31, 2008.
- Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen or misdirected mail or processing or printing errors.
- Sponsor is not responsible for any failed, lost or unavailable network connections, any garbled or delayed network transmissions, or any other electrical, mechanical, or network malfunctions.
- All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, or illegible will be void.
- MECHANICALLY REPRODUCED ENTRIES NOT ACCEPTED.
- Enter as often as you wish. However, you may only win one prize per contest. If your name is selected more than once, you will receive only the prize with the higher value.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- All entries become the property of Time Warner Cable Media Sales and will not be acknowledged or returned.
- Need not be a cable subscriber to win.
WINNER SELECTION:

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received as of the cut-off date listed in the rules.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted.
- Grand Prize drawing to be held on or about April 20, 2008, at a site designated by Time Warner Cable Media Sales.
- Need not be present to win.
- Winner will be notified by phone. If winner is not reached within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be drawn and notified. All prizes must be claimed by date specified in prize notice.
- Any prize or prize notification returned as non-deliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner.
PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of::
- One (1) 8 Gig iPhone, One (1) One Hundred Dollar ($100) iTunes Gift Card and One (1) Four Hundred Dollar ($400) AMEX Gift Card to activate iPhone service. The Approximate ARV of the Grand Prize is $600.
- No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. Applicable portions of the prize will be delivered only to an address in the United States.
- The ARV of any electronic prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of an electronic prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Gift cards are subject to separate terms and conditions.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and be legal U.S. residents residing in the Time Warner Cable Northeast Ohio service area.
- Employees of Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P. ("Sponsor"), Time Warner Cable, Inc.., Buckeye Cable, Massillon Cable, McDonald's Corporation, McDonald's Operator Association of Northeast Ohio, Stern Advertising and each of their respective advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
- Individuals who, prior to the awarding of prizes in this Contest, have won another prize from Sponsor or Time Warner Cable during the preceding 365 day period in which prizes for this Contest are awarded are not eligible to win this Contest.
- VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, address, quotes, utterances and likeness for promotional or business purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
- Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within 14 days of attempted notification.
- Winner may be required to produce picture ID for identification.
- Sponsor, Time Warner Cable, Inc., Cleveland Media Connect, Buckeye Cable, Massillon Cable, McDonald's Corporation, McDonald's Operator Association of Northeast Ohio, Stern Advertising and each of their respective agencies, affiliates and parent companies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
- Winner is responsible for all local, county, state and federal taxes applicable to the prize.
- Winner must meet all criteria in these rules or face forfeiture of prize, based upon the decision of Sponsor.
- By participating in the McDonald’s Celebreality Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and legally binding.
